A Safe Space for Real Healing
I believe that true healing happens in a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My therapy room is built on a foundation of empathy, compassion, and a strict no-judgment policy. While we will do serious and transformative work, I also believe that joy, laughter, and authentic human connection—yes, even the occasional curse word—are essential parts of the process.
My own journey with anxiety gives me a personal appreciation for the complex emotions you might be facing. While my experience isn't the same as yours, it fuels my dedication to ensuring you never feel alone in your struggle.

Welcome to My Practice: Specialized Support for Lasting Change
If you are struggling with OCD, emetophobia, or body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), you might feel like your life is being run by anxiety or habits you can’t seem to stop. These challenges are driven by cycles of avoidance and repetitive actions that can make you feel trapped.
My practice provides a clear, evidence-based roadmap to help you break these loops. I believe that because our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations are all interconnected, changing how we interpret a situation can change how we react to it.
My Therapeutic Toolkit
As a licensed counselor and behavior specialist, I use my training in both counseling psychology and applied behavior analysis to help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Instead of waiting for fear to go away, we use these tools to change your relationship with the fear itself:
CBT & ACT: We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify the thought patterns that keep you stuck. We also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you stop the tug-of-war with difficult emotions so you can focus on your values.
ERP & the COMb Model: For OCD and emetophobia, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) helps you face triggers safely without using compulsions. For BFRBs, I use the Comprehensive Model for Behavioral Treatment (COMb) to analyze your unique triggers and create a personalized plan.
Trauma Support (PE & CPT): Trauma often fuels OCD by creating intense guilt or fear. Using Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we process "stuck points" and painful memories so the past no longer controls your present rituals.
What to Expect
Therapy here is about "doing" as much as "talking." We will work as a team to map out the habits that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll build the toolkit you need to navigate life’s challenges and move toward a more fulfilling future.
